About the Job
The Hardscape Construction Leader at Inside Out Design LLC will oversee the execution of outdoor projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results. This role requires a skilled professional with experience in managing hardscape installation teams. We provide comprehensive training, up-to-date equipment, and thorough project plans to ensure success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Laying permeable and traditional pavers and natural stone
  • Building dry and masonry walls
  • Operating machinery in all conditions
  • Completing projects with little oversight from others
  • Developing project plans, logistics, goals
  • Inspecting job sites throughout for highest quality standards
  • Leading crew members (clock ins/outs, discipline, training, safety, productivity, efficiency, etc)

Requirements:
  • Highly motivated, focused, self-starter
  • Computer literate
  • Able to effectively use CRM app
  • An excellent manager and leader
  • Able to handle any issues, a great problem solver
  • A great organizer and communicator
  • Preferable: CMHA/ICPI certified, drystone or masonry certified, or other industry certifications, welding, mechanic, additional construction experience
