Job Overview

In this role, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients with mental health conditions. You will assess patients' mental health status, develop and implement individualized care plans, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide holistic nursing care to patients with mental health disorders
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' mental health status
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, incorporating evidence-based interventions and therapeutic techniques
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and support patients' overall well-being

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Current RN license
• BLS certification (other certifications as required by facility)
• 2 years of recent Behavioral Health experience
• Strong communication and adaptability skills
