Job Title: Registered Nurse RN Med/Surg

Job Summary:

Lake Granbury Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse RN to join our Med/Surg Department. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Responsibilities:

* Deliver patient-centered care, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans
* Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
* Develop and maintain a safe and supportive environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols
* Educate patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the continuous enhancement of our patient care services

Requirements:

* Associate's degree in Nursing or Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
* Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Texas
* One year of experience as a clinical nurse or completion of an RN residency program
* BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and CPI training or certification
