Job Summary

The Bay Family of Companies is seeking a skilled CDL Driver to join our team. As a CDL Driver, you will be responsible for delivering insulation products to scheduled job sites in a timely manner while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure truck maintenance is on schedule and perform daily pre-trip inspections.
  • Report any mechanical or maintenance-related issues to the Plant Manager.
  • Complete daily DOT logs and process tickets and bills of lading.
  • Verify material counts are accurate upon delivery and ensure the customer's signature on the receipt of material.

Requirements:

  • Valid CDL (Class C) license in compliance with company policy and DOT regulations.
  • One year experience driving a tractor/trailer or straight truck.
  • Ability to lift materials up to 50 lbs. and climb in/out of the vehicle.
