Job Title: Registrar

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Registrar to join our team at Lifelong Learning Administration Co. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing student enrollments, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret transcripts and verify credits earned to ensure compliance with school grading and curriculum systems
  • Enter student information into our database, including test scores, immunizations, and court documents
  • Maintain accurate records of student coursework, grades, and academic achievements
  • Assist teachers with student academic planning and inform administrators of potential credit deficiencies
  • Liaise with other schools to procure relevant student records and conduct pre-enrollment interviews with new students and parents
  • Process requests for transcripts, job verification, and other documents
  • Compile student data and prepare reports for management
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of office experience or 3 years in a public school setting handling student information processing responsibilities
  • Experience using student information databases and word processing software
Working Conditions:

This is a sedentary role that requires frequent multi-tasking, changing of task priorities, and repetitious exacting work. The successful candidate will be able to work in a noisy, distracting environment with frequent deadline pressures.
