Position Overview

The Rite of Passage '24/7' residential treatment facilities have empowered numerous at-risk youth to transcend their challenging home situations and adverse educational experiences. By facilitating significant behavioral and lifestyle transformations, the Rite of Passage educational programs offer a distinctive, proactive environment for learning.

Under the guidance of the Principal, the educator will deliver instructional services to students, focusing on applied curriculum. The approach will prioritize hands-on learning and skill development that supports vocational programs and aligns with the curriculum in other subject areas, ensuring consistent reinforcement of concepts and skills.

Qualifications and Requirements

Educational Background:

• A valid Single Subject credential in Math/Science is required.

Professional Experience:

• Proven experience in effective classroom instruction.
• Demonstrated success in teaching at-risk students, including curriculum design, lesson planning, and clinical instruction.
