About the Job

Job Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Implement effective nursing interventions to achieve desired patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Provide education and support to patients and families
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence
Requirements
  • Missouri Board of Nursing RN or Nurse Licensure Compact multi-state RN
  • One year of acute care and/or operating room RN experience
Physical Demands

The physical demands of this role include ambulating, reaching, and moving objects weighing up to and over 20 pounds. This position requires a high level of physical activity and stamina.
