Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with potential for overtime. No weekend shifts required.

Compensation: Starting at $20.00 per hour, with salary adjustments based on experience and skills.

Benefits Available After 60 Days:

  • Salary increase based on performance evaluations
  • Eligibility for health benefits
  • 80 hours of paid time off (PTO), prorated for the first year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage logistics and inventory processes
  • Restock and replenish picking areas
  • Optimize warehouse space by consolidating overstock locations
  • Conduct annual inventory of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods
  • Utilize high lift trucks and various manual and powered hand trucks for product movement
  • Perform daily cycle counts and address any discrepancies

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse
  • Participate in special projects as required
  • Adhere to safety protocols and report any unsafe conditions
  • Complete other assigned tasks as necessary

Qualifications:

  • Effective communication skills with team members
  • Ability to lift and move 50-70 pounds
  • Familiarity with small hand tools
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Basic computer skills
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory
  • Experience with warehouse management systems and scanners is essential
  • A minimum of 3 years in warehouse, shipping, and safety roles is required
  • Experience operating high-reach forklifts is preferred
