We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Autism Therapist to join our team at Waterfall Community Health Center, located on the beautiful Oregon Coast. This is a unique opportunity to work with a diverse caseload of adults, adolescents, and children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

About the Position

This full-time, benefitted position offers a competitive salary range of $85,000-$95,000 DOE, plus benefits.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Counseling, Social Work, or related field, and be certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Three or more years of experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with ASD is preferred.

The successful candidate will have excellent assessment and treatment planning skills, with the ability to design and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment data, evidence-based practices, and trauma-informed best-practices.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments for clients on caseload, utilizing assessment data to identify needs for services, treatment modality, intensity, and frequency.
  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment data, evidence-based practices, and trauma-informed best-practices.
  • Provide training to parents/guardians on treatment techniques, maintain positive working relations with clients' families, and respond to guardians' questions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation associated with comprehensive electronic client files, including assessment results, treatment plans, session notes, data collection, release of information, and other medical documents acquired on behalf of the client.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
  • Active licensure as a clinician, with the ability to be credentialed with Medicaid, private insurance, and other applicable funding sources within the scope of licensure.
  • Three or more years of experience working in healthcare or a similar setting providing pediatric ABA services, preferably with children, adolescents, and/or adults with ASD.
