About the Role

Camping World Holdings, Inc. is seeking a skilled IT Business Analyst to join our team in Lincolnshire, IL or Chicago, IL. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, developing and maintaining requirements documentation, and working with stakeholders to ensure requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and analyze business requirements to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and maintain requirements documentation to ensure clarity and consistency
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure requirements are met and project goals are achieved
  • Translate requirements into technical specifications to guide development and implementation
  • Manage the implementation of technical specifications to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Track and report on project progress to stakeholders and leadership
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project goals and requirements
  • Stay up to date on industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, product development, and project management (preferably agile)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Confluence, Jira, and collaboration tools
  • Experience with business analysis tools and techniques
  • Experience with loyalty programs is highly desired
