Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the Cardiovascular ICU and Stepdown units, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Participate in shared decision-making activities and contribute to the improvement of patient care and nursing practice.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
- Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college program or technical school or nursing diploma.
- 6 months of experience in a related field.
- RN License (AR or Compact State) - Arkansas State Board of Nursing (ASBN).
