Job Summary:
Certified Nursing Assistants play a vital role in the delivery of patient-centered care. We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Certified Nursing Assistants at Presbyterian Healthcare – Rust Medical Center in Rio Rancho, NM. As a CNA, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, promoting independence, and enhancing the overall quality of life for our patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist patients with daily activities, such as eating, toileting, and ambulating.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, medical information, and treatment plans.
  • Participate in inter-disciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Requirements:
  • Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the state of New Mexico.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or higher preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
