Job Summary

Generations at Rock Island LLC is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in providing high-quality care to our residents. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist nurses with providing personal care services, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
  • Document vital signs, weight, meal intake, and other relevant information
  • Assist with restorative nursing duties, such as range of motion exercises and transfers
  • Respond promptly to call lights and assist with resident needs
Requirements
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of Illinois
  • Eligibility to work in the State of Illinois
  • At least 1 year of experience working in skilled nursing
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English
  • Knowledge of JCAHO, OBRA, IDPH, and HFS regulations
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA standards
  • Compassion, tolerance, and understanding of older adults
