We invite skilled Rehabilitation Registered Nurses to join our dynamic team in the Acute Rehabilitation Unit. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and promoting a culture of excellence.
Job Summary
In this role, you will perform various treatments, procedures, and administer medications as needed. You will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and effective care delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct physical and psychosocial care to patients through assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation.
- Provide holistic, individualized care appropriate to the patient's age and needs.
- Acknowledge patient safety and oversee compliance with core measures for applicable patients.
- Motivate peers and co-workers to enhance growth and development in their roles.
- Educate patients and families about necessary treatments, expectations for progress, and discharge instructions.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the plan of care.
- Communicate effectively to improve patient outcomes, provide quality interventions, and promote collaboration within the healthcare team.
Requirements:
- OBTAIN Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of employment start date.
- Hold a current Registered Nurse license.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher degree required.
