Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Childcare Educator to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering our dynamic daily curriculum, engaging children in academic and social character-building activities, and maintaining a safe and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize program materials and document attendance, incidents, and observations
  • Deliver daily curriculum to engage children in academic and social character-building activities
  • Model positive guidance and effective classroom management to maintain safety and well-being
  • Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel
  • Meet regularly with the Program Manager to discuss professional progress and team accountability

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 1 year of experience working with children under 13 years of age
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Drive to inspire a love of learning and commitment to healthy living
  • Respect for and dedication to working with children with special needs
