We are expanding our client's program and need a team of automotive repair specialists who can effectively troubleshoot complex issues and ensure repairs are completed accurately on the first attempt. Your daily responsibilities will involve local travel to designated dealerships, collaborating with their technicians to resolve challenging vehicle problems. If you excel in providing guidance and support, documenting technical issues, conducting research, and following up on complex cases, this role could be a perfect match.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Evaluating and addressing technical escalations.
  • Offering both online and in-dealership technical support.
  • Facilitating discussions and serving as a subject matter expert.
  • Overseeing recall requirements and ensuring compliance with Required Service Updates (RSU).
  • Acting as a quality feedback liaison within the team.
  • Consulting with dealerships on repair order documentation and service agreements.
  • Enhancing customer experience and increasing "fixed first visit" success rates.
  • Analyzing repair shop processes and providing proactive business planning focused on customer satisfaction.

  • Proficient in documenting vehicle case updates using Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to communicate technical information effectively across all levels.
  • Skilled in data analysis and report creation using provided templates.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Able to manage a progressive workload in a fast-paced environment.
