Job Description
This role involves providing direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality services. Your responsibilities will include monitoring patients' conditions, administering medications, implementing care plans, and documenting patient information. Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess a valid New York State LPN license, a strong understanding of patient care principles, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
