Job Description:

In this challenging and rewarding role as a Fulfillment Associate - Picker/Packer, you will play a crucial part in the successful operation of our warehouse. Your primary responsibility will be to pick and pack merchandise with precision and speed, ensuring that every item is accurately selected and securely packaged for shipment to customers or Walmart stores.

You will use handheld devices or picking lists to locate and select merchandise from designated storage locations within the warehouse. This requires navigation through aisles and storage racks to retrieve items efficiently, ensuring accuracy and completeness of each order. Your ability to work independently and as part of a team will contribute to our goal of achieving daily picking and packing targets.

Key Responsibilities include Order Picking, Product Packaging, Quality Control, Inventory Management, and Safety and Compliance. To succeed in this role, you must be physically capable, able to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds), and have strong organizational and time management skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and previous experience in warehouse operations, order picking, or packing is advantageous. Familiarity with handheld devices and warehouse management systems is desirable.

Estimated salary: $18.50 per hour.
