Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Maintenance Lead to join our team. As a key member of our facilities operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, including performing routine maintenance tasks, responding to maintenance requests, and coordinating with external vendors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and ground maintenance
  • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Coordinate with external vendors to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks
  • Conduct regular facility walk-throughs to identify and address potential maintenance issues
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal facility operation
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in facilities maintenance
  • 1+ year of experience as a lead maintenance technician
  • Healthcare facility experience preferred
