Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with autism and other developmental disabilities
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of therapists, including speech, occupational, and physical therapists
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze data to inform treatment decisions
  • Provide training and support to staff members on behavioral interventions and strategies
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new programs and services
