Job Summary

Citizen Cider is seeking a passionate and charismatic Brand Ambassador to represent our brand at retail tastings and events. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for educating customers about our craft cider portfolio and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend retail tastings and events to promote Citizen Cider and engage with customers.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our craft cider portfolio and be able to communicate its unique features and benefits to customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the Citizen Cider team to achieve sales and marketing goals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
Requirements
  • Public speaking skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
  • A passion for craft cider and a deep understanding of the industry.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Must be of legal drinking age.
Compensation

$18-$20 per hour
