Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize our systems, providing high-level support and driving technological improvements.
  • Lead root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions for complex hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Design and manage cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure, optimizing resources for performance and cost efficiency.
  • Implement security tools such as Microsoft Defender and SentinelOne, conducting security assessments and developing policies to protect company assets.
  • Administer Office365/M365, InTune, and Mimecast, managing software deployments and ensuring license compliance.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in systems administration or a related role.
Technical Skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Azure IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS, including virtual machine management and Azure networking.
  • Expert in deploying and managing Microsoft InTune for MDM and MAM, including security policies and application deployment.
  • Skilled in configuring Microsoft Defender ATP for endpoint protection, threat detection, and managing security policies.
  • Proficient in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, and Python for task automation and process improvement.
