About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Representative to join our team at Dental Excellence. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient service and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet patients and provide a warm and welcoming environment
  • Answer phone calls and schedule appointments in a timely and efficient manner

  • Provide general customer service and support to patients throughout their visit
Requirements
  • One or more years of experience in a front desk or receptionist role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
