Job Summary
The Venue Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in delivering an exceptional i9 Sports experience while managing the operational aspects of game days at a venue. This position requires a dynamic, organized individual with strong problem-solving abilities. Ideal candidates will possess experience working with children and a keen interest in sports management. Our customer-centric approach means that those with a background in providing outstanding service will excel in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and dismantle fields for game day events.
- Oversee and guide part-time staff and volunteer coaches.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the venue, maintaining program schedules.
- Promote and exemplify core values, including sportsmanship.
- Organize game day equipment and maintain venue cleanliness.
- Consistently exhibit a positive demeanor and exceptional customer service skills.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently while resolving issues.
- Ability to assess and manage any situation to ensure player safety.
- Positive attitude with a talent for building professional relationships.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, particularly Saturdays during the season.
Each franchised location operates independently and is solely responsible for local hiring decisions, compensation, benefits, and employment terms.
