**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. As an Accounts Payable Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and executing all aspects of accounts payable.

This includes managing the full cycle of accounts payable activities, such as invoice processing, 3-way match, payment processing, and vendor communication. You will work closely with various departments within the organization and have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our financial operations.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of general ledger functions and accounts payable procedures, as well as proficiency in manufacturing accounting and 3-way match process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full cycle of accounts payable activities, including invoice processing, 3-way match, payment processing, and vendor communication.
  • Analyze and reconcile accounts payable ledgers, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Participate in the month-end closing process, including the preparation and posting of journal entries.
  • Collaborate with procurement and other departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
  • Maintain vendor relationships and manage vendor inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in the implementation of new processes and systems to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of accounts payable operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or related role, preferably within the technology or manufacturing industry.
  • Solid understanding of general ledger functions and accounts payable procedures.
  • Proficient in manufacturing accounting and 3-way match process.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
