We employ nearly 300 primary care, specialty, and urgent care providers, establishing ourselves as a leader in patient care services in the area. This is an opportunity to become part of a growing, established, and well-respected healthcare system with a supportive administrative team.

Financial Highlights:
- Base Salary: $304,478
- Production and quality bonus incentives
- AAP supervision pay: $15,000 annually per APP
- Sign-on bonus: $50,000 + $15,000 relocation assistance
- Comprehensive benefits package
- Up to $150,000 student loan repayment
- Malpractice coverage with tail coverage

Position Details:
- 100% outpatient role
- Flexible schedule: Options for a 4 or 5-day workweek
- Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (No nights or weekends)

Patient Care:
- Average patient load per day (adult only)
- No nights or weekends required
- Dedicated MA/LPN support
- Call responsibilities vary based on location and clinic partner pool, with minimized call volume due to telenurse triage services for after-hours inquiries.
