Role Overview
">We are seeking an experienced Primary Care physician to join our team at our new outpatient center in Jacksonville, FL. This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing medical group that is changing the face of healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
">As a Senior Primary Care physician with ArchWell Health, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to our senior patients. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing routine check-ups, chronic disease management, and preventive care services
- Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives to drive better patient outcomes
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
What We Offer
">In addition to the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients, we offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $250,000 - $300,000 per year, depending on experience, plus bonus opportunities based on quality metrics. We also provide full malpractice coverage with tail, medical benefits, CME opportunities, and a generous PTO plan.
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A medical degree (M.D. or D.O.) and board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- An active, non-probationary Florida medical license or the ability to obtain one
- Experience working with senior patients and a passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
Location
">This position is located in Jacksonville, FL, where we are opening five brand-new centers to bring our innovative model of care to the community.
