Job Overview

As a Senior Identity and Access Management Analyst at Stax Payments, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the security and efficiency of our IAM systems. You will leverage your expertise in service desk operations, Atlassian Jira management, and identity management to enhance our enterprise IAM capabilities and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with both information security and information technology teams to deliver business value.
  • Own and maintain the IAM request ticket queues, ensuring clear, actionable responses and prioritization.
  • Provide technical leadership on highly complex and mission-critical IT and Information Security systems with a particular focus on Identity Management infrastructure.
  • Lead the Enterprise Single Sign On (SSO) infrastructure, providing guidance and leadership to maintain proper operation, maintenance, and support.
  • Monitor, administer, configure, implement, and maintain Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Okta, Google Workspace, etc.
  • Collaborate with the Security Team and Infrastructure Teams to provide guidance on essential documentation required for effective operation of the role.
  • Conduct thorough analyses to identify and document specific IAM requirements across various business units, ensuring solutions align with security policies and operational goals.
  • Facilitate smooth collaboration between IAM and partner teams to deliver successful design and implementation of IAM solutions, focusing on enhancing security and user/team member experience.
  • Collaborate within the Identity and Access Management team to enhance Okta Identity Governance for various business needs.
  • Develop Okta Workflows and Lifecycle Management (LCM) flows to efficiently manage user provisioning and maintenance across Okta and associated applications.
  • Maintain atlassian services such as change management database (CMDB), reporting, integrations with SCIM, etc.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent or have additional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis with a focus on IAM, including experience with leading projects and implementing IAM solutions.
  • Proficiency in Atlassian Jira management, service desk operations, and identity management.
  • Expertise in Entra ID, AWS IAM, Okta, and other SSO solutions.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable working in a complex integrated systems landscape.
  • Responsive to customer needs and highly motivated to improve the skills and capabilities of the organization.
