Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with our highly respected 26-physician private practice cardiovascular group to provide exceptional patient care.
- Participate in the expansion and growth of our regional markets, contributing to increased surgical volume.
- Work with our excellent support staff, including cardiac MDAs, to ensure seamless patient care.
- Enjoy a high degree of autonomy, with practice, clinical, and management decisions made by physicians.
- Have the opportunity to own an interest in our award-winning heart hospital, attached to our clinic.
- Benefit from a competitive salary guarantee as an Associate, with unlimited production-based bonus above salary base, exceeding $1 million.
- Partner with our Level 1 trauma hospital system, Avera Health, to provide comprehensive patient care.
