Job Description

The Maintenance Technician will assist in all aspects of maintenance, including managing service requests, performing preventative maintenance, and maintaining excellent resident relations through superior customer service. This role requires a strong mechanical background, with experience in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect properties to identify potential hazards and maintain exceptional appearance
  • Fulfill resident service requests while providing superior customer service
  • Perform unit inspections and make ready processes for new residents
  • Lift and work with heavy equipment as needed
  • Promptly report safety or maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year (DOE), bonus potential, health insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, 401k, paid time off, paid holidays, flexible spending account, HSA, and more.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of 1 year maintenance experience, preferably in multi-unit complexes or hotels
  • Mechanical background, with experience in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems preferred
  • HVAC Certification preferred
  • Ability to lift and work with heavy equipment
  • Good organizational and people skills
