Job Overview

Position: Lamination Technician
Shift: 1st Shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM)
Compensation: $18 - $20 per hour

Role Responsibilities

As a Machine Operator, your primary duties will include the operation of a variety of machinery such as die cutting, laminating, slitting, laser cutting, and kiss cutting. The position entails approximately 75% of your time spent on machine operation and 25% on quality inspection utilizing precision tools like micrometers and calipers.

Your responsibilities will also involve:

  • Loading machines in accordance with production orders
  • Assessing the required tooling for each task
  • Regulating the distance of each operation to ensure accuracy
  • Setting up presses in line with established guidelines
  • Monitoring production processes to uphold quality standards
  • Completing tasks as per specifications
  • Troubleshooting any operational issues
  • Communicating effectively with cross-functional teams
Essential Skills
  • Proficient in Machine Operation
  • Experience with Die Cutting
  • Knowledge of Extrusion Processes
  • Familiarity with Lamination Techniques
  • Skilled in Water Jet and Laser Operations
  • Competence in Quality Inspection using Micrometers and Calipers
Work Environment

You will be working in a clean, organized, and temperature-controlled manufacturing setting with moderate noise levels.
