Job Title: House Supervisor RN

As a House Supervisor RN at Providence, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical center. This is a leadership position that requires strong clinical and administrative skills, as well as the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and direction to nursing staff, ensuring that patient care is delivered in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Manage and allocate resources to meet the needs of patients and staff.
  • Make decisions regarding patient placement, staffing, and other operational issues.
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Washington.
  • 1 year of experience as a Charge Nurse or in a leadership role.
  • Strong clinical and leadership skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
