About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Right at Home Phoenix West. As a Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients, providing personalized care and support to help them maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to help alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation
  • Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
  • Accompany clients on errands and appointments
  • Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management
  • Assist with transfers and mobility
  • Provide dementia care and support
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance
  • Pass a background check
  • CNA license, Home Health Aide, or Personal Care Aide certification
