Role Summary: The Restaurant Operations Manager is the driving force behind the TEAM, setting the atmosphere of the workplace and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will oversee the complete operations of the restaurant while fostering a robust team that consistently delivers high-quality food and a welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting, hiring, and nurturing talent within the team.
  • Conducting orientation for new hires and creating tailored training plans.
  • Effectively scheduling and deploying team members.
  • Addressing performance challenges and assisting in resolving customer concerns.
  • Managing the restaurant's budget and financial strategies.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED; a College or University Degree is preferred.
  • Basic proficiency in personal computer usage.
  • Reliable transportation is a must.
  • Fundamental business math and accounting skills, along with strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • Physical capability to perform tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness in the parking lot and surrounding areas.
  • Willingness to stand, walk, and engage in physical activities for the majority of the shift.
