Bakery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at Golden Corral. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of freshly baked products, including yeast rolls, cakes, pies, and specialty desserts.

• Prepare hand-made yeast rolls, cakes, pies, and specialty desserts to meet production needs.
• Operate the buffet production system to ensure quality and shelf life compliance.
• Maintain quality by preparing all products following Golden Corral recipes and standards.
• Ensure that every product in the bakery is always fresh, tasty, visually appealing, and hot, when appropriate.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
