Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Field Technician to join our Property Management division in Dallas, TX. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our properties, conducting inspections, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct quality control inspections of properties to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of renovations and repairs.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of quality control processes and procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents and respond to their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure that properties are well-maintained and meet our quality standards.
  • Conduct move-in and move-out inspections to ensure that properties are in good condition.
  • Assist in the coordination of acquisition and renovation activities.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in residential property management.
  • Strong knowledge of repairs and maintenance, renovations, and turnkey operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to travel extensively within a portfolio daily.
