As a Landscape Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional landscape services that align with the expectations of our clients and management.

Key Responsibilities:
In this position, you will engage in a variety of essential tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Preparing vehicles for daily operations by loading necessary equipment such as mowers and gas cans.
  • Executing grounds maintenance across various properties, which includes mowing, trimming, and edging.
  • Utilizing powered equipment for tasks such as snow removal and debris clearance.
  • Ensuring the upkeep of established lawns through mulching, aerating, and weeding.
  • Planting and caring for trees, shrubs, and flowers, ensuring proper techniques are followed for optimal growth.
  • Maintaining and repairing tools and equipment to ensure operational efficiency.

Additional Duties:
Snow removal responsibilities will require availability during nights, weekends, and holidays.

Minimum Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A high school diploma is preferred.
  • Some experience in lawn care and the ability to operate various landscaping machinery.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • The capability to work independently while adhering to a structured schedule.

Physical Requirements:
This role involves physical labor, including lifting heavy equipment and walking long distances on uneven terrain. Candidates should be prepared to work in varying weather conditions.
