Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on a part-time basis. As an LPN at Pleasant Ridge Healthcare Center, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to our standards of excellence and compassion.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications, perform treatments, and provide wound care as needed.
  • Document patient progress, including vital signs, medications, and treatment plans.

Requirements
  • Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Ohio.
