Job Summary: This role reports directly to the Premium Management team and is responsible for overseeing food and beverage services while ensuring top-notch quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guarantee that high-quality, delicious, and aesthetically pleasing food and beverages are served promptly.
  • Review daily production needs and manage menu execution effectively.
  • Monitor staff performance to ensure adherence to operational protocols and quality assurance measures.
  • Engage with guests in service areas to evaluate satisfaction levels.
  • Maintain open communication with team members through regular updates.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of one year of supervisory experience in a relevant field.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
  • Capability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 12 hours.
