Key Responsibilities- Design and create molds for silicone and urethane parts
- Cast urethane and silicone parts using various techniques
- Overmold inserts and other parts of assemblies
- Perform part clean-up and remove excess flash material
- High school degree or equivalent
- Ability to lift 35lbs and stand for long periods of time
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to understand, write, and communicate instructions in English
- Ability to wear a half or full-face respirator as required by OSHA
- Experience with 3D printing and milling
- Knowledge of mechanical aptitude and hand tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
