We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professional to provide exceptional care to individuals with complex physical and intellectual challenges. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, enriching, and stable environment that promotes dignity and respect.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individualized care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living skills, personal hygiene, and social engagement.
- Implement individualized programs and record daily progress notes.
- Participate in planning social, home, and recreational activities that promote skill development and enrichment.
- Assist with meals, cleaning, and laundry duties in the house.
- Transport clients to appointments and activities in Verland vehicles.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and reliable means of transportation.
- Ability to lift and transfer without restrictions.
- Must pass a complete background, physical, and drug screening.
