As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional dental care to patients in our community, promoting a positive image of our company and upholding our mission to create happy, healthy smiles.
Responsibilities- Provide dental services to patients with the support of your team.
- Hold staff to the highest integrity by adhering to all government regulations, company standards, and company compliance programs.
- Participate in activities to promote a positive image of the company.
- Love working with kids (they make up 70% or more of our patient base).
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA).
- Earn an additional $400 each week for traveling to other offices within your geographic area - all expenses paid (hotel, mileage, meals).
- Growth and development through mentoring and collaboration.
- Attractive sign-on bonuses and student loan repayment assistance up to $1000/month may be offered for specific locations.
