About the Role:
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patient populations, from adolescents to seniors. You will be responsible for conducting thorough evaluations, developing personalized treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to promote optimal recovery and function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive initial and ongoing assessments to identify patient needs and goals
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient objectives
  • Provide high-quality care and education to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation

Requirements:
To be considered for this rewarding position, applicants must possess:
  • A Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
  • A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
  • CPR certification
