We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to join our Emergency Department team at Presbyterian Santa Fe Medical Center.
Key Responsibilities- Manage staff and resources of the Emergency Department
- Assist with the development and monitoring of quality and standards pertaining to the department
- Ensure patient and employee satisfaction
- Maintain a safe environment for staff, patients, and visitors
- Align the unit's goals with the hospital's strategic goals
- BLS certification required at time of hire
- Registered Nurse - State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License required
- Education: Associate Degree in Nursing
- Experience: Previous Nurse leadership experience in the ED is preferred
