Job Title: Temp - LVNLPN - Behavioral Health (Nights) Brattleboro VTJob Summary:

As a Temp - LVNLPN - Behavioral Health (Nights) Brattleboro VT, you will work with our multidisciplinary team to identify individual and group needs and interventions. You will utilize the nursing process to meet the needs of patients requiring complex nursing care. Additionally, you will provide clinical supervision of MHW's to ensure safe and therapeutic delivery of care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with the multidisciplinary team to identify individual and group needs and interventions.
  • Utilize the nursing process to meet the needs of patients requiring complex nursing care.
  • Provide clinical supervision of MHW's to ensure safe and therapeutic delivery of care.
Requirements:
  • Psych/Behavioral Health Experience - REQUIRED
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience but will consider first time travelers - REQUIRED
  • Must be willing to float to other units and take charge RN shifts - REQUIRED
  • COVID vaccination and booster - REQUIRED
Profile Requirements:
  • Resume
  • RTO can't exceed 7 days
  • Skills checklist (within 1 year)
  • 2 supervisory references from last 2 years of employment
  • Certifications - certifications don't need to be active at time of submission but must be willing to obtain
  • License - confirm they are willing and eligible to obtain
  • COVID vaccination and booster - please confirm if they are willing to obtain
Additional Submission Requirements:
  • CPI - offered onsite; no need to confirm at time of submission
  • Please outline what patient populations your traveler has experience with
  • Any scheduling requests must be presented in the submission file
Certification Requirements:
  • BLS (AHA)
State License Requirements:
  • Vermont
Weekend Requirements:
  • Every other weekend
On Call Requirements:
  • Possible call
