  9. Assist food servers and beverage cart attendants to ensure high-quality service for members and guests.
  10. Stay informed about relevant state liquor regulations and adhere to standard operating procedures as directed by management.
  11. Communicate any guest feedback or concerns promptly to the Director of Food and Beverage and the Chef.
  12. Review daily schedules, event calendars, and facility activities for updates.
  13. Process snack bar transactions using the EZLinks point of sale (POS) system.
  14. Handle cash and check transactions responsibly.
  15. Implement safe work practices in all job functions.
  16. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

No prior experience is required; training will be provided.

Candidates must meet the age requirement for serving alcohol and possess a Certified Food Handler's Card.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Consistent and reliable attendance.
  • Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
