Job Description:

We are looking for skilled HGV drivers to join our team as Roadside Recovery Specialists. As part of our team, you will provide excellent customer service, operate HGV vehicles safely, and ensure the efficient resolution of issues.

Your Role:

  • Provide top-notch customer service, responding to customer needs and concerns
  • Operate HGV vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to company policies and road regulations
  • Load and unload vehicles, using technical skills to resolve complex issues
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team objectives and improve processes

Requirements:

  • Full driving category C (HGV 2) licence, with CE (HGV 1) licence preferred
  • Driver CPC qualification and digital drivers/tachograph card
  • Ability to adapt to new technology and training
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and Bank Holidays
