  • Organize and verify all paperwork, including cash slips, inventory reports, and item pricing, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of beverage menus, pricing, and inventory management to provide exceptional service and minimize errors.
  • Collaborate with Bar Managers to ensure seamless operations, effective communication, and optimal guest satisfaction.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor, ensuring flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older (where applicable).
  • Must have basic working knowledge of cash handling procedures and inventory management.
  • Must have sufficient math ability to accurately count money and make change quickly.
  • Must have basic working knowledge of concession/cafeteria operation and industry standards.
  • Must have ability to follow directions, work effectively in a team environment, and provide exceptional service to guests.

Working Conditions

  • Varies by show, including days, nights, weekdays, and weekends.
