We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team at Solace Pediatric Healthcare. As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our experienced Physical Therapists in their daily work.
Key Responsibilities- Assist Physical Therapists in conducting patient evaluations, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions.
- Provide direct patient care, including exercises, modalities, and other interventions as prescribed by the Physical Therapist.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
- Meets the qualifications as established by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
- Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in the state of Colorado (required upon start date).
- Must hold a Master's degree in the field of Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Provide home-based services in a condensed geographic zone.
