As a dedicated Physician specializing in Family Medicine, you will have the opportunity to deliver exceptional healthcare in a supportive environment. Your role will be centered around providing comprehensive outpatient care, ensuring that each patient receives the highest quality of treatment.
Compensation Package:
We offer a competitive compensation structure that aligns with industry standards in the region. The base salary is set at $297,000.00, with additional earning potential through a production incentive. Our compensation package includes:
- A Signing Bonus of $25,000
- A Relocation Bonus ranging from $10,000 to $20,000 (if applicable)
- A Student Loan Repayment Bonus of up to $100,000 (if applicable)
Your Role:
In this position, you will prioritize patient care and collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to enhance the patient experience. You will:
- Provide Family Medicine services to a diverse patient population.
- Utilize electronic charting systems to maintain accurate patient records.
- Work within a well-established practice that values teamwork and support.
- Focus exclusively on outpatient care, ensuring a balanced work-life dynamic.
Qualifications:
We value experience and excellence, which is why we require:
- Certification or eligibility from the American Board of Medical Specialties in Family Medicine.
- A valid Montana State Medical License and DEA registration.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Experience in a fast-paced, service-oriented healthcare environment.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records systems, including EPIC, and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
